Tomsk has joined the national COVID-19 vaccination campaign. Today, vaccination is the only available way to prevent infection with the COVID-19 recommended by the Russian Ministry of Healthcare.

In order to sign up, please please fill in the application form, indicating your full name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail, place of employment, and SNILS number. You may choose the healthcare institution where you will get your vaccine.

Before signing up, please read carefully the list of contraindications for COVID-19 vaccination. For full information please visit covidtomsk.ru.

Contraindications

1. Hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine
2. Severe allergic reactions in the past
3. Acute infectious and non-infectious diseases, exacerbation of chronic conditions: vaccination will be allowed 2—4 weeks after recovery or remission. In mild cases of common cold or infectious gastrointestinal diseases: vaccination will be allowed when normal body temperature is stable
4. Pregnancy or nursing
5. Age under 18 years old (due to absence of data)

In case of any contraindications, the COVID-19 vaccine cannot be administered, or medical advice is required.
