On 17 November in the Student Business Incubator was held second round of the annual competition “Best Group Project” 2011–2012, which aims to select the most innovative project within the Group Project Learning.
Experts from the Centre of innovative educational technologies of TUSUR selected 13 projects from various departments of the university, the main selection criteria were: novelty and originality, and of course the commercialization prospects of each project. The only social project selected was a project of the Faculty of Humanities dedicated to "Developing a methodology for social adaptation of international students studying in TUSUR." The relevance of the problem being solved by this particular project is illustrated by increasing number of international students choosing TUSUR for their studies. In addition, the solution of problems related to social adaptation of foreign students, is one of the most important preoccupations of the modern university.
