Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics was listed among the top ten Russian universities providing training in IT in the latest rankings published by RAEX.
TUSUR University has ranked 32nd among Russian universities offering degree programs in IT.
The new ranking is the first comprehensive subject ranking published RAEX, created based on a unique data collection procedure and a special methodology developed in close cooperation with the academic community. All universities were evaluated against three sets of indicators: Quality of Education, Employability, and Research.
A number of indicators were designed to evaluate the overall digitalization of universities, thus applying to the entire institution, and not only to its IT divisions. These cover publications in Computer Science, income from ICT, number of online courses available on public platforms, and spending on IT.
The new university ranking by RAEX is based on a wide range of statistical and reputation indicators; the project was initiated and supported by the IT company Sibintek.
