The aim of the conference is to look at research results produced in the field of electronic instrumentation and control systems as well as to sum up the research results produced at TUSUR.

There will also be a workshop held at the conference on fundamental and applied research and development in nanoelectronics and radioengineering with the participation of leading scientists. The results of work on the projects - carried out at TUSUR in accordance with the Government Resolution # 218 on the state supportive measures for developing cooperation between Russian higher education institutions and enterprises that realize complex projects in high-tech production -will be presented at the conference.
The conference is accredited by the Foundation of Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology for preliminary competitive selection of undergraduates, postgraduates and young researchers, under 28 years of age, willing to take part in the federal program UMNIK (Participant of Youth Science and Innovation Competition).
Following the results of the conference a collection of materials will be published, whereas on the recommendation of the program committee best papers will be selected for further publication in the journal "Proceedings of TUSUR" accredited by the Supreme Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation.
