Pierre Pouliet, a first-year master student at TUSUR University, has talked to us about his impression of the University and shared his plans for the winter.

TUSUR University has joined the delegation of Tomsk region at China Education Expo in Chengdu. Along with Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, Chengdu is one of the several Chinese cities hosting the China Education Expo 2017 where universities from 48 countries have come to present their academic programs. Russian higher education at the expo is represented by the Ministry and Education of Russia, Beijing office of Rossotrudnichestvo, Kazan Federal University, People’s Friendship University of Russia, Southern Federal University, Ural Federal University – a total of 33 exhibitors have arrived to the Expo from Russia. 

Tomsk State University of Control Systems has been ranked in the 2018 QS World University Rankings: EECA. The ranking includes the top universities of Eastern Europe and Central Asia that demonstrate continued growth and boost social and economic growth in their countries.

Tomsk Region has been ranked third among Russian regions by level of academic performance demonstrated by state-funded students enrolled in 2017, as reported by TASS agency.

Rector of TUSUR University Alexander Shelupanov has met with a delegation of representatives of Indian universities, who arrived to Tomsk in search of potential partners.

The 2017 enrollment campaign at TUSUR University has bought in a great interest from Africa: this year, new students from Algeria, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Tunisia and other counties have enrolled in the University.

An international academic project «Cooperative eLearning Platform for Higher Education in Industrial Innovation (CEPHEI)» implemented by a collaborative group of universities, including TUSUR University, has been named one of the winners of the ERASMUS+ competition. A total of 149 projects have been selected for funding out of 750 applications.

Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics has received a delegation from the Taiwan National Research Laboratories (NARLabs).

Students from the University of Limoges and EISTI (France) have completed their summer internships at TUSUR University.
